STEWART ASSOCIATES is a small law firm which offers a relatively wide array of legal services to our clients. Our goal is to deliver quality legal services to our clients in a timely and effective manner and to ensure that the fees charged are reasonable and well explained. We believe that our clients should have a real say in their legal affairs and not be confused by them or afraid to ask questions. We will strive to make every effort to ensure that you are well served and that your legal needs are protected and promoted in an open and professional manner.

Our office is conveniently located in downtown Ottawa, across the street from the courthouse. There is a parking garage located adjacent to the courthouse and the office is accessible by several major bus routes. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Appointments or consultations can be made any weekday during office hours, with priority being given to emergency and 'in custody' matters.

Our areas of practice include criminal law, family law, child protection law (Children's Aid Society), residential real estate and wills and estates.

Legal Aid is accepted for our criminal law clients only.
